Rae was formerly a literature professor at the University of Florida, where she was awarded multiple university teaching and research awards. She now dedicates her career to helping others develop their most compelling stories.
At Briefcase Coach, she uses 10 years of research, mentoring, and teaching experience to help clients best define the nuances of their unique professional experiences. Her expertise in web design and editing software helps her craft aesthetic as much as content-rich materials to represent clients’ career journeys.
Rae graduated with a PhD in British Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with a focus in Victorian literature. She is a proud alumna of Wellesley College, where she received a BA double-majoring in English and Chinese Literature and Language.
