Jordan earned a PhD in American Literature and Literary Theory from the University of Georgia.
Prior to pursuing his PhD, he worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Cutting Edge Information, where he conducted market research on the pharmaceutical industry.
Over the past 15 years, Jordan has dedicated himself to teaching critical thinking and composition to both undergraduate and high school students, which has strengthened his passion for effective communication.
In March 2024, he joined the Briefcase Coach team. Jordan currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his family.
