Caitlin Weaver is a seasoned talent development leader with a track record of partnering with senior executives to drive leadership excellence, talent strategy, and high-potential development. As a former talent assessment and development leader for the corporate functions at Truist Bank, she worked closely with C-suite leaders on enterprise-wide initiatives in executive coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
Known for her ability to blend strategic thinking with data-driven insights and a dynamic communication style, Caitlin excels at building trusting relationships with executive leaders, guiding their growth, and transforming complex talent challenges into clear, actionable strategies.

Caitlin holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with concentrations in finance and management, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University. She also earned a Certificate in Executive Coaching from NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Caitlin has served on the Board of the New York Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and as President of the Board of the New York Microfinance Association. She lives in Atlanta with her family.
