Caitlin Weaver is an experienced talent management professional with 15+ years of experience across multiple industries, from financial services to non-profit. In her last role as Senior Talent Consultant with Truist Bank, she led talent assessment and development for senior leaders, including the C-suite. She has led company-wide strategic initiatives in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, employee wellness, and learning and development.
In addition to her work with Briefcase Coach, Caitlin consults with small-mid sized businesses to create rich, relevant content strategies that free her clients up to focus on client work and business development. This includes compelling and brand-aligned blog posts, newsletters, white papers, and LinkedIn posts.
Caitlin holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with concentrations in finance and management, and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and children where she enjoys tennis, yoga, and struggling with the New York Times crossword puzzle.
