outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g. to invoice, schedule, share resources with you, edit and tailor your professional branding materials). As a current or past client, unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email (to provide services, resources and communicate updates) and share website resources with you through Google Drive.

Sarah Johnston, “The Briefcase Coach, LLC” will uphold and maintain client’s privacy to include information collected regarding performance reviews, salary information, conditions of previous employment and/or termination, and terms of discharge from any and all previous employment.


We utilize other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up, we will share names or other information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of supporting the career coaching engagement. Invoicing and payment are processed through PayPal.

Scheduling is processed through Calendly. Google Drive and Google Forms are used to collect information from and share documents with clientele. Google Analytics will be employed to collect data on digital traffic. Grammarly is utilized for editing support. Jobscan reports may be run to aid in the tailoring of résumé content to specific positions of interest. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via other websites utilized for data processing (e.g. PayPal, Google and Calendly), your information is protected both online and offline. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.
