The foundation of a successful job search is having a clear target, knowing your strengths and accomplishments, being able to tell a compelling story, and having a focused job search strategy. Most of the executives we work with have not had to execute a job search in years—sometimes decades. The process can feel overwhelming…
That’s where we come in.
We know that you are busy. Most of our executive resume clients haven’t had to write a resume in years. If you want to land an executive position, you need a quality, metrics-driven executive style resume that positions you for the role. That’s why you hire us. We stay up-to-date on all of the latest trends, and we have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and ATS-systems.
We provide a completely custom product.
Our process begins with a 60-90 minute intake interview with Sarah where we uncover your strengths, career goals and discuss achievements. We hear from clients all of the time that the intake interview was great preparation for a “real” interview because of the depth and focus during the call.
We don’t use templates.
Every resume looks different because every job seeker is different. We take research, strategy and content creation seriously. We spend an average of 12-20 hours per executive resume.
We are intentionally small.
We don’t take on lot of clients because we want to provide a high-touch service to the job seekers that we do serve.
